ORION Project: A Successful Gathering in Paris
The ORION Project held a productive consortium meeting from October 1st to 3rd in Paris at the Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) in Palaiseau. Over the course of these three days, project members gathered to share insights, collaborate, and make significant strides forward.
The meeting kicked off with valuable contributions from all partners, highlighting the latest progress and key developments within the project. Enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit were evident, reinforcing the momentum behind ORION’s collective efforts.
The event also featured two interactive workshops, where participants engaged in hands-on collaboration and brainstorming sessions. These workshops fostered vibrant discussions, allowing members to exchange ideas and set actionable goals for the project’s next steps. This focus on teamwork and open communication continues to drive ORION forward.
The meeting concluded with a tour of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, where members were introduced to the institute’s innovative approach to energy consumption data collection. The tour also showcased the Energy4Climate (E4C) initiative, emphasizing the power of collaboration in addressing energy challenges.
As one member aptly put it, “Competition matters, but collaboration is essential.” This sentiment remains a cornerstone of the ORION Project, guiding us as we work toward our shared goals.
We are excited to continue building on the progress made during this meeting and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead for the ORION Project.
